Litigation Update, Part 2, Adam Knoll & eyal shuster (Saddlewood Court, LLC) vs. City of Jersey City et. ano.

As promised, we write to update you on the Adam Knoll and eyal shuster (Saddlewood Court, LLC) frivolous lawsuit bearing Dkt. No. HUD-L-2638-21, which seeks to hold up the development of a much needed public school in Jersey City, NJ. As previously reported, Adam Knoll and eyal shuster (Saddlewood Court, LLC), have filed not only one (1), but TWO (2) lawsuits seeking to obstruct the construction of a public school, where Adam and eyal bought a single tin-can home, in a blighted condemnation area in desperate need of redevelopment. Their litigious ways are sad and selfish, and that is an understatement.

As previously reported, Michael J. Redenburg has sought to intervene in a lawsuit which Knoll and shuster, know, or should have reason to know, will FAIL, and it is designed only to hold up the construction of a public school! How shameful! eyal shuster lied under oath, after he swore to tell the truth, in another unrelated proceeding, and Adam Knoll, a young man, only 34 years of age, is a victim of eyal shuster, although he is too “wet behind the ears” to realize it yet.

In the action in which Michael J. Redenburg has sought to intervene, Dkt. HUD-L-2638-21, Adam Knoll claims, in a sworn Certification, drafted by his “high-power” lawyers, and which he probably didn’t even read before his name was affixed to it, unnotarized and “unsigned,”  that Michael J. Redenburg dropped full glass glars of tomato sauce onto the patio of a property that he is renting, in violation of the law, without any evidence to support his outlandish allegation.

What does this have to do with Redenburg’s Motion to Intervene anyway? Nothing, just a “sideshow.” You see, in early-2021, eyal shuster moved his employee and business partner, Adam Knoll, into what eyal thinks is a tax-abated shuster-rental, at a condominium building where Redenburg has lived for 5 years, as an Owner, just to harass and annoy Redenburg. shuster could have easily moved Knoll into DVORA175, which is actually an APARTMENT BUILDING, but maybe shuster would not have received the same “tax benefits” by doing so…

Like the allegations that Knoll makes in his August 19, 2021 “Certification” against Redenburg, Knoll & shuster, after constructing their “tin-foil hats,” and placing them upon their respective heads, make similar conspiracy theory allegations against Jersey City (where they both live and work) and LENNAR, a reputable real estate development company, which is trying to do good in Jersey City – but shuster and Knoll won’t have it! shuster & Knoll are very concerned that Redenburg is seeking to intervene in the HUD-L-2638-21 frivolous action because they KNOW that Redenburg has intimate knowledge of their evil ways, which, has actually lead eyal shuster to LIE UNDER OATH, after he SWORE to tell the truth, in another action bearing Dkt. HUD-L-2700-20.

Adam Knoll, under the tutelage of eyal shuster, who lied under oath in an official proceeding, is also an eyal shuster victim. And the list of eyal shuster victims is very, very long.

Would @jerseydigs be interested in this?

Michael J. Redenburg is not at all intimidated by eyal shuster, or his young Lieutenant, Adam Knoll, or their “deep bench” of lawyers, and will expose eyal shuster for the LIAR that he is, and will soon be exposing eyal shuster as a LIAR, in documents that will be filed in Court, bearing Dkt. HUD-L-2700-20, available to the public, very shortly…Stay safe, stay well and stay informed by staying tuned!

“[Knoll and shuster’s] lies were never innocent. Their purpose was to escape punishment, or work, or responsibility, and they were used for profit. Most liars are tripped up either because they forget what they have told or because the lie is suddenly faced with an incontrovertible truth. But [shuster and Knoll] did not forget [their] lies [easily], and [they] developed the most effective method of lying. [They] stayed close enough to the truth so that one could never be sure. [They] knew two other methods also — either to interlard [their] lies with truth or to tell a truth as though it were a lie. If one is accused of a lie and it turns out to be the truth, there is a backlog that will last a long time and protect a number of untruths.”
